South African team announced for T20, ODI and Test series against India

Cricket South Africa has announced its squad for the upcoming home T20, ODI and Test series against India. Temba Bavuma and Kagiso Rabada have been kept out of the limited-overs series. The command of the T20 and ODI teams has been handed over to Aiden Markram. Temba Bavuma will be seen commanding the test series. The Indian team will start the South Africa tour with the T20 series on December 10. After three T20s, a series of three ODI matches will be played. Team India will play the last match on this tour as a Test on 7th December.

Cricket South Africa, while announcing the squad in all three formats on its official social media account X, has said that seniors like captain Temba Bavuma and Kagiso Rabada will be out of limited-overs cricket and will return from the Test series. Let us tell you that the African team performed brilliantly under the leadership of Bavuma in the ODI World Cup 2023, but was eliminated after losing to Australia in the semi-finals.
