Tejaswini Phadke’s Career Journey in Brand and Content Leadership
Phadke joins DigiBirds360 with close to a decade of experience across content, branding, and communications, built across newsrooms, radio, fintech, and cultural-event platforms. Her career spans hands-on creative leadership as much as strategic brand-building, a combination the agency says was central to the hire.
Most recently, Phadke worked as a Brand & Communications Specialist with SwaraZankar on a project basis, where she led branding and communications for more than 28 corporate partners across large-scale cultural events, combining social media strategy with on-ground activations and vendor management. Prior to that, she spent three years as Brand & Communications Manager at Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited, where she led brand and communication strategy across digital and internal platforms and scaled the company’s LinkedIn presence from 17,000 to 54,000 followers, a growth of roughly 218%, while also building internal communication frameworks that strengthened the organisation’s employee value proposition.
Earlier in her career, as Brand & Content Head at Sakal Media, Phadke led brand communication and content strategy for the 3KM app and the broader Sakal Media portfolio, driving Instagram growth from 300 to 13,000 followers, an increase of nearly 4,200%, through strategic, campaign-led content. In that role, she also closed three brand deals by pitching and executing content-led brand films and managed a 15-member creative team responsible for delivering campaigns, video content, and scriptwriting, giving her direct experience leading creative output at scale.
Her career began in radio, where she worked as a Radio Jockey with Radio Mirchi (Times of India) and later Radio City (Dainik Jagran), roles that combined on-air hosting with social media management, data and music reporting, and coordination with influencers and celebrities across markets including Pune, Kolhapur, and Goa.
Educational Background and Professional Certifications
Phadke holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a specialisation in Journalism & Mass Communication from Symbiosis, completed through distance learning, and a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
She has also completed certifications in Google-certified digital marketing and AI-driven marketing practices, reflecting a continued focus on staying current with evolving tools in the content and creative space. She is fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi, with working knowledge of Japanese.

New Role and Responsibilities as Brand Manager
In her new role, Phadke will be responsible for shaping the brand and social media direction of client campaigns across DigiBirds360’s service lines, working closely with the agency’s SEO, social media, and paid media teams to ensure brand output is aligned with performance goals.
She has been brought on specifically to lead DigiBirds360’s scale-up in Pune and Mumbai. DigiBirds360 has hired 10 digital marketing professionals for the Pune location, and Phadke will head this team of ten as she builds out the agency’s presence there.
Alongside this, she will play a central role in strengthening the agency’s brand storytelling, social media, and content marketing offerings, and in acquiring more brands and clients from the Pune and Mumbai region, an area DigiBirds360 has identified as a growth priority alongside its established strengths in SEO and performance marketing.
