Yamaha Motor Company has revealed the first glimpse of the updated MT-09. It will be presented at EICMA 2023, which is scheduled to be held in Milan from November 7. According to the information, the 2024 Yamaha MT-09 will be launched globally in the spring season of 2024. However, the company has not yet announced any timeline for launching it in India. The new MT-09 looks more aggressive and faster than before. Its headlamp unit is quite sleek and has 2 LED daytime running lamp strips. The 2024 Yamaha MT-09 has a muscular fuel tank, while the tail section is quite fresh and strong. LED turn indicators now come with self-cancellation functionality. It may take time for it to reach the Indian market.

Talking about the features, the 2024 MT-09 now gets a new 5-inch full-color TFT instrument cluster, which now gets connectivity features and a Type-C socket for charging mobile devices. The manufacturer has also added Yamaha Ride Control and Cruise Control to it. The 2024 Yamaha MT-09 gets 5 riding modes, of which 3 are preset and 2 are customisable.
