Cricket West Indies (CWI) has announced a 15-man squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Bangladesh. The series is starting on December 8 in St Kitts and Nevis. Recently, there are two changes made in the Windies team, which won the series 2-1 against England. Justin Greaves, who last played for the West Indies in 2022, has been included in the ODI team after a stellar performance in domestic cricket. He emerged as one of the highest run-scorers in the Super50 ODI tournament and cemented his place with an excellent all-round performance in the ongoing Test series against Bangladesh.

Justin Greaves also featured in the first Test against Bangladesh as he had an incredible century apart from his five wickets. He won the player of the match award then and the home team took up a sensational win of 201 runs. Apart from the selection of Greaves, Aamir Jangu an uncapped wicket-keeper batsman made a spot in Super50 by performing consistently. Jangoo did the highest runs and proved his talent in the team.

Shai Hope will lead the West Indies in the ODI format, and Brandon King will be his deputy. The fast bowling attack looks strong, with Alzari Joseph, Shamar Joseph, and Seales leading the attack. Power-hitter Shimron Hetmyer, experienced batsman Evin Lewis and all-rounders Roston Chase and Sherfane Rutherford add depth to the team.
