Akshay Kumar's film Welcome 3 remains in the news. Recently the release of the film was announced and the entire star cast was introduced. At the same time, clouds of trouble are looming over Welcome 3. The matter has escalated so much that the shooting of the film has reached the point of being stopped.

The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has accused Welcome 3 producer Firoz Nadiadwala of not paying workers. Along with this, the Federation has appealed to the entire star cast of Welcome 3 including Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani not to start shooting.

Akshay Kumar released the teaser of Welcome 3 on September 9. After a few days, the film got embroiled in controversy. According to ETimes report, FWICE has accused Firoz Nadiadwala of not paying the dues of Welcome 2 technicians. According to the Federation, Firoz had earlier said to give Rs 4 crore to the technicians, which he later reduced to Rs 2 crore. At the same time, when the check was deposited in the bank, they also stopped the payment.

FWICE demands that the shooting of Welcome 3 will not be allowed to start until Firoz Nadiadwala pays Rs 2 crore. For this, he has also sought help from the star cast of the film. Speaking to ETimes, FWICE President BN Tiwari said, "We have informed the rest of the film's stars including Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani that the federation has issued a non-cooperation against Firoz Nadiadwala for non-payment, and They should not shoot the film until Rs 2 crore is paid to the technicians."

He further said, "Firoz Nadiadwala had paid the technicians of Welcome 2 in 2015 and this amount was around Rs 4 crore, which was later reduced to Rs 2 crore. However, after depositing the cheque, Firoz also Stopped. We issued non-cooperation in 2015 but will enforce it now as he has finally started work on his next film. We will not let him start shooting until he clears the dues. "
