Saif Ali Khan Shocked He Can’t Earn From Instagram: Watch Reaction

Kareena chimed in, “You stressed me out.” Saif then turned to her and said, “You can’t earn on Instagram? You told me I can.”

Keeping her cool, Kareena replied, “We’ll figure it out.”

Is It Really True?

The exchange was clearly meant for laughs, but the reality is more nuanced. Instagram does not pay creators per view the way YouTube’s ad-revenue model does. However, popular users, especially celebrities, earn through brand partnerships, sponsored posts and collaborations. For a star like Saif, Instagram could be a big earner if he chooses to work with brands. In that sense, Kareena may have been right after all.

Saif’s PTM Joke Steals the Show

Saif also had the audience laughing with his take on parent-teacher meetings. When Archana asked who attends PTMs in their home, Saif said, “First of all, I have four children in that school, at different ages. When I was 20 years old, I went for my first PTA meeting. Then I was 30 years old. I am still standing in the same school at 55. And now, even the teachers there have changed.”

The joke highlighted his long journey as a father, with children spread across different generations.

Why Fans Loved the Episode

Saif and Kareena’s easy chemistry and humour made the episode a fan favourite. Their banter felt like a real married couple’s conversation, from social media confusion to school duties. Seeing a big star react like any other new Instagram user made the moment instantly relatable.

Audience Sentiment

Social media users have been sharing clips of Saif’s reaction, with many joking that it is exactly how they felt after learning about how social media earnings work.

What Comes Next

With Saif now settling into Instagram, fans are eager to see whether his posts will turn more personal or professional, and whether brand collaborations are on the way.
