A Vision to Build Rajasthan’s Event Economy
Mr. Sameer Babel, President, Association of Event Entrepreneurs (AEE), said:
“EVOQUE is our endeavour to bring the entire event ecosystem together on one platform, where business meets experience and conversations lead to possibilities. With its second edition, EVOQUE is evolving into a platform for meaningful business connections, collaboration and industry growth.
“Our larger vision is to strengthen Rajasthan’s position on the global event map. Jaipur and Rajasthan have an extraordinary combination of heritage, hospitality, venues, talent and culture. EVOQUE is our endeavour to showcase these strengths to the national and international event community and create new opportunities for the industry.”
Mr. Rajesh Jain, Secretary, Association of Event Entrepreneurs (AEE), said:
“EVOQUE is about creating possibilities and connecting the entire event ecosystem. The industry today extends far beyond events and weddings — it brings together hospitality, destinations, tourism, entertainment, technology, décor, F&B, travel, luxury and experiences.
“Our vision for 2026 is to move beyond a conventional exhibition and create a platform where interactions become business conversations, conversations become partnerships and partnerships create growth. We want Jaipur and Rajasthan to be recognised not only for magnificent weddings, but as a destination capable of hosting world-class MICE programmes, corporate events, luxury celebrations and experiential events. EVOQUE is a step towards building that larger narrative.”
The opening day features the Event & Wedding Expo, B2B meetings and curated networking sessions, bringing together event entrepreneurs, wedding planners, hospitality brands, service providers and decision-makers to showcase their capabilities, explore collaborations and generate new business opportunities.
The organisers believe that EVOQUE 2026 is more than a convention — it is a platform to connect the industry, create business opportunities and showcase Rajasthan as a global stage for extraordinary events and experiences.
