Vivo S70 Specifications Leaked: Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, 64MP Periscope Camera Tipped

Vivo S60 series smartphones were introduced in China recently this year in May and comprise the Vivo S60 and Vivo S60 Vitality Edition. The base edition comes with the Snapdragon 8-series processor with a whopping battery capacity of 7,200mAh. It seems the company has started working on launching its successor to the Vivo S60 smartphone. Some specifications and features of the smartphone, which is rumoured to be named Vivo S70, have emerged.

According to Gizmochina, quoting a Weibo post deleted by the tipster Digital Chat Station, the key specifications and features of the rumoured Vivo S70 smartphone have been leaked online. The leaked specifications state that the Vivo S70 smartphone will be equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset manufactured using a 4nm process. The chipset comprises four efficient cores clocked at up to 2.8GHz, two performance cores running at 3GHz and one prime core with maximum clock speed of 3.21GHz.

Furthermore, the alleged Vivo S70 is said to feature a 6.59-inch LTPS OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. According to the report, this smartphone will launch in collaboration with the online game 'Sky: Children of the Night,' which suggests that a special edition or themed color option of the Vivo S70 could be introduced. Regarding the camera, the Vivo S70 is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup. It is reported that its rear panel will feature a 50-megapixel primary shooter and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
