India-Pakistan Hockey World Cup Match Tickets Sold Out: 10,000-Capacity Wagner Stadium Set for Full House

There has been a total sell-out of tickets for the much-anticipated India-Pakistan match of the FIH Hockey World Cup in the ongoing tournament on Wednesday, guaranteeing a full house in the 10,000-capacity Wagner Stadium in what promises to be a big match under Pool D fixtures. People of Indian and Pakistani nationality are enthusiastic about the match.

As Tamara Bouwmans, the communication officer of the Royal Dutch Hockey Federation (KNHB) put it, "The tickets for the match have been available since September 2025 to buy online. Ticket sales were made in phases where the first phase began from September and the second phase began from March this year." Different classifications of tickets were created. The South Stand tickets went for 35 euros for matches not involving Netherlands, whereas Day Tickets of Main Stand tickets were 57 euros. The hospitality tickets were 251.34 euros.

Bouwmans explained that when all group stage tickets for a particular day are sold out, half-day passes are made available on the ticketing platform. These allow spectators to watch all matches except the Netherlands match that day. People of Indian origin living in the Netherlands are particularly excited about this match. Anjana Pabbi, who has been living in the Netherlands for the past eight years, said, "I wanted to watch the India-Pakistan match with my family, but now tickets are no longer available. The Indian team is playing in the World Cup here for the first time, so we were very excited."
