The company's shares are listed at a premium on both exchanges. The shares of Inox India Limited were listed on Thursday with a premium of about 44 per cent compared to the issue price of Rs 660.

The company's stock opened at Rs 933.15, up 41.38 per cent from the issue price on BSE. After this, it jumped 48.31 per cent to Rs 978.90. At the same time, the company's stock was listed on the NSE at Rs 949.65 with a rise of 43.88 per cent. The market valuation of the company during today's morning trade stood at Rs 8,522.24 crore.

The company's IPO received a very good response from investors. The company's IPO was closed on Monday. It received 61.28 times subscription on the last day of the IPO. Institutional investors have shown interest in the company's IPO. The company had offered equity worth Rs 22,110,955 in its IPO. The price band of this IPO was Rs 627 to Rs 660 per share.

The company had completely made an offer for sale (OFS) on this issue. In such a situation, the Vadodara-based company will not have any income and all the funds will go to the selling shareholders.
