The BCCI wants all senior players to participate in domestic ODI tournaments before the Test series to regain their rhythm. Former captain Rohit Sharma has agreed to this rule and may play the Vijay Hazare Trophy for Mumbai, but Virat Kohli, who is staying with his family in London, has not yet agreed to this.
Kohli believes that he does not need additional preparation from additional matches.
