Samsung will launch a new smartphone in India soon for less than 20,000; AI features will be available

The new South Korean phone, Samsung Galaxy M36 5G, is about to enter the Indian market. This was confirmed when the company released a teaser on Tuesday. In the promotional poster, the phone's back is shown. News about the price range has also been provided by the company. The Exynos 1380 processor is expected to be provided to the Galaxy M36 5G. It is about to replace the Galaxy M35.

The company has issued a press statement that says Galaxy M36 5G has been launched in India. Currently, the company hasn't shared the launch date, but has affirmed the price range. The phone has been priced at under Rs 20,000. It is going to have a new color range and a lightweight body.

The Galaxy M36 5G will be listed on Amazon. A launch page has also been launched on the e-commerce platform. A vertically structured triple rear camera is seen on the phone's back panel, captured in a photo. It is confirmed about the phone that the phone is going to come with features driven by AI.

The unannounced Galaxy M36 was recently seen on the Geekbench website with model number SM-M366B. The listing revealed that the phone has 6GB RAM, Android 15, and an Exynos 1380 processor. The special thing is that the same chipset is also available in the current Galaxy M35.

The specifications of last year's Galaxy M35 were similar to the Galaxy A35 5G. Hence, the specifications of the Galaxy M36 5G are expected to be similar to those of the Galaxy A36 5G. The A36 was launched in India in March at Rs 32,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant.

The Galaxy A36 5G comes with a 6.7-inch display that features 120Hz refresh rate support. It is powered with a triple camera unit at the back that includes a 50-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel front camera. It comes with a 5000mAh battery and has 45W wired charging support. If the Galaxy M36 5G is a rebranding of the Galaxy A36 5G, the same specs apply.
