Preparations for the launch of iPad Mini 7 with powerful chip and Apple Intelligence
Apple is planning to hold an event in November in which the new Mac series with M4 chips and the redesigned iPad Mini 7 can be launched. The iPad Mini 7 may have A17 Pro chip Wi-Fi 6E support and Bluetooth 5.3 support, its price is expected to be around Rs 50000. Apple has not said anything about the event at the moment.
Apple recently launched the latest iPhone 16 series, Apple Watch Series 10, and new AirPods last month. Now, the company is planning to launch some more new products. In Novemver, Apple is planning to conduct an event where they'll be launching new Mac series with M4 chips and the redesigned iPad Mini 7.
According to Jagran, Apple will have a product announcement event on November 1st. On this date, they will release the 7th generation iPad mini, 24-inch iMac, Mac mini, and MacBook Pro featuring the M4 CPU.
The iPad Mini 7 will have the same tiny 8.3-inch display and overall design as the sixth-generation iPad. The iPad Pro and iPad Air now have M series CPUs, while the iPad Mini 7 is expected to stay with the A series.
The A17 Pro chip in the iPhone 15 Pro, or even the A18 chip in the next-weekend-releasing iPhone 16, is bound for the coming budget-friendly iPad to give better performance than the existing model's A15 Bionic chip. Most importantly, at this event, Apple intelligence features can be announced for many old and newly launched devices.
The new iPad mini will also have the addition of Wi-Fi 6E, which can connect to a compatible router on the 6GHz band. It's expected to include Bluetooth 5.3 for the latest in wireless connectivity-albeit still on the compact frame of a tablet.
With that said, the front camera on the iPad Mini 7 should sit on the landscape edge, much like in the new iPad Air. That can make video calls so much better, especially while the iPad is in landscape mode. This camera could also see upgrades to include support for HDR 4 and a wider aperture. This might also arrive with support for Apple Pencil Pro, including such features as squeeze gestures, haptic feedback, and Find My integration.
As per the reports, the price of the Apple iPad mini 7 is going to be on par with its predecessor. The new model may come about Rs 50,000 in India for the Wi-Fi model. Talking about the colour options, the ongoing iPad Mini comes in Space Gray, Starlight, Pink and Purple. However, the new model might get colour options similar to the iPad Air. Blue color can be included in it and pink color can be removed.
