Galaxy S25 Ultra price cut surfaces online, no official announcement yet
Samsung has reportedly revised the price of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. However, no official information has been provided by Samsung regarding this.
The latest information from online sources and the change in the prices on Samsung’s official website indicate that the price of the Galaxy S25 Ultra in India has been revised. The revised prices are said to come into effect from March 20, 2026, but no official announcement has been made by Samsung. In the past, Samsung has revised the prices of older versions of the Galaxy S series when a new flagship device has been launched. Since the Galaxy S26 has already been launched, it would not be surprising if the price of the Galaxy S25 Ultra was revised. It is not known if this will be done this year, as the cost of memory and other parts has increased.
In an X post, tipster Sanju Chaudhary shared an image that appears to be a retailer's communication. It details the new prices for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, which are said to be effective from March 20, 2026. The price of the 12GB + 256GB variant of this handset has been reduced from ₹1,29,999 to ₹1,19,999.
The 12GB + 512GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to be priced at ₹1,39,999, slightly lower than its launch price of ₹1,41,999. The document also mentions a price change for the 12GB + 1TB model, but its new price is shown to be increased by ₹4,000. Its price has increased from ₹1,65,999 to ₹1,69,999.

While the company hasn't made a formal announcement yet, the new prices for the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants of the Galaxy S25 Ultra are already visible on Samsung India's website. At the time of publishing this news, the 1TB variant was not listed on the website; this could indicate that it is out of stock or not currently available.
Leaked details reveal that the new prices are part of a scheme launched for channel partners in March 2026 and are applicable to existing stock under the 'Price Protection Policy'. The South Korean tech giant has not given any reason behind these price changes.
