Survey revealed 67% Americans do not want to buy Tesla cars, people are angry with Musk

The world's richest billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk's Tesla car popularity has now started to decline in his own country as well. The American public seems to be disillusioned with Tesla cars. The sale of Tesla cars fell in January and February this year worldwide, while now a new report has been released indicating people's declining interest in the company.

Just recently, Yahoo News conducted a survey wherein two out of three Americans (67%) no longer consider purchasing or leasing a Tesla. The survey was conducted on 1,677 American adults from March 20 to March 24. According to the survey, about 56% of Americans consider Musk as the reason for not buying Tesla. Of these, 30% say that Musk is the main reason for their decision, while 26% believe that he is an important reason.

Musk's popularity has been falling continuously since November 2024. The main reason for this is believed to be his inclination towards right-wing ideology. Elon Musk is also the owner of X social media platform X (earlier Twitter). He is accused of turning 'X' towards right-wing ideology to make Donald Trump win the election and spent about $ 250 million in the election campaign.
