The Redmi Note 15 Pro Series 5G is expected to be launched in India soon, as per a report. This series comprises the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G smartphones, which went official worldwide in December. Although the exact launch timing in the Indian market has been hinted at by the company, the exact launch time has been revealed through the leak. These Redmi smartphones may turn out to be the next additions to the Redmi Note 15 Series in the Indian market. It must be noted that the Redmi Note 15 5G smartphone was recently launched.
In a report by SmartPrix, tipster Yogesh Brar stated that the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G will launch in India on January 27th. The Pro+ model is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, which Qualcomm launched in August 2025.
According to the report, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G will feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Regarding the camera, the upcoming handset is expected to feature a dual rear camera unit with a 200MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. It is also said to have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

According to the report, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ may feature a 6,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.
Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G is expected to feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K flat AMOLED screen. It could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor. The tipster claims that the upcoming Pro model will have the same primary camera as the Pro Plus variant, but with a 20-megapixel selfie shooter. According to the report, the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G will have a larger 6,580mAh battery, but charging speeds will be slower.
Both the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G are expected to run Android 15-based HyperOS 2. They are expected to offer four years of OS upgrades and six years of security patches.
