Kareena’s Anniversary Note

Kareena also shared a series of pictures of Saif, from candid family moments to throwbacks from different stages of their relationship, including memories from the time of their film Qurbaan. One picture showed Saif’s well-known tattoo of Kareena’s name on his forearm.

“Another year around the sun… Forever to go,” she wrote.

Why It Matters: The Reluctant Instagrammer Finds His Style

For years, Saif stayed away from public social media, saying he wasn’t fond of scrolling or the pressure to post. When he finally joined Instagram last week, his first post was a quiet photo from the Pataudi Library, and fans welcomed him with jokes about his viral excitement over a ghee prize on KBC.

His anniversary post shows a different side. Instead of a simple couple picture, he chose a playful, almost cinematic sequence that ends with family, a reminder of what he considers “perfect.” It suggests Saif plans to use Instagram on his own terms: personal, thoughtful and a little witty.

Their Journey Together

The couple were also seen together this week on the sets of The Great Indian Kapil Show.

Fourteen years after their wedding, Saif Ali Khan has found the perfect way to say it on his new Instagram: some pictures are almost perfect, until family completes them.
