Thus, Zimbabwe recorded the highest number of dot balls in the first six overs in India. But the record for highest number of dot balls in the first six overs in India goes to the Indian side itself, who managed to bowl 30 dot balls against Pakistan in 2016. In the match, Zimbabwe captain Josephine Nkomo won the toss and decided to bat first. Team India had a strong start, with Kranti Gaur conceding just one run in the first over via a wide. Three runs were scored in the second over, and after two overs, Zimbabwe's score was 4 runs. During this period, five balls were dot balls in the second over, and all six balls in the first over were dot balls. By the second over, the Zimbabwe women's team had bowled 11 dot balls.

In the third over too, five balls were dot balls and only one run was scored, while in the fourth over, two balls were dot balls along with one wicket.
