New Dell Pro Plus Earbuds Offer Enterprise-Grade Noise Reduction and IT Fleet Management
Dell has introduced its new Dell Pro Plus Earbuds, designed for professional communication. They feature AI-based noise reduction, multi-device connectivity, and support for corporate management tools. They are the first earbuds to receive Microsoft Teams Open Office Certification. Priced in India at ₹18,699.
Dell unveiled the new Dell Pro Plus Earbuds, a true-wireless audio device targeted at professional communication. Advanced noise-reduction technology, enterprise-grade certifications, and tools for large-scale IT management are featured. According to Dell, the earbuds will be the first earbuds to be certified under Microsoft Teams Open Office Certification. The model supports multi-device connectivity and integrates with the management software of Dell used in corporate fleets. These earbuds have an IP54-rated dust- and splash-resistant build.
In India, Dell is offering Pro Plus earbuds in a single black color option for ₹18,699. It has a two-year limited hardware warranty. Dell Pro Plus earbuds have an AI-based noise-canceling microphone that is trained on over 500 million noise samples. According to the company, this system is designed to isolate user voices in different acoustic settings. The company added that firmware and noise-model updates can be sent to these earbuds through the Dell Display and Peripheral Manager (DDPM), allowing IT teams to manage configurations and maintain consistent performance across all user devices.
The Dell Pro Plus Earbuds feature adaptive active noise cancellation, which automatically adjusts to ambient noise levels. An enhanced transparency mode is available for users who need to be aware of the external environment. The TWS earphones come in four ear tip sizes, from extra to large, and support touch controls for ANC, transparency mode, volume, playback, and call management.

Connectivity options for the Dell Pro Plus Earbuds include Bluetooth 5.3, which allows pairing with up to eight devices and simultaneous connection to two hosts. Dell Pair allows for fast setup on supported systems, and a compact Dell Wireless USB-C audio receiver is included in the package. The Dell Pro Plus Earbuds are certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom and have an IP54 rating, providing dust and water resistance.
Regarding battery performance, the Dell Pro Plus Earbuds offer approximately eight hours of listening time with ANC on, which increases to 33 hours with the charging case. Call time is approximately five hours, or 16.5 hours with the case. Five minutes of charging provides approximately one hour of listening time. Each earbud contains a 66mAh lithium-polymer battery, while the charging case contains a 500mAh cell.
The Dell Pro Plus Earbuds weigh 6 grams per earbud, and the charging case weighs approximately 50.4 grams. The package includes the earbuds, a USB-C wireless audio receiver, a USB-C charging cable, and user documentation. The earbuds support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms and can be configured and monitored through Dell's software ecosystem.
