Many features have come together in WhatsApp, the way of use will change
WhatsApp: These changes point to an experience like Instagram and Facebook Stories. WhatsApp's new "Layout" feature allows users to create a collage of photos and share it in their status. This feature is similar to the Layout option of Instagram Stories, in which many photos can be added in a single frame.

Meta has introduced new changes to make the Status feature more appealing for WhatsApp users. Now users will be able to embed collages, audio, and images in their stories i.e., Status by creating stickers. These updates indicate an Instagram- and Facebook Stories-like experience. WhatsApp's new "Layout" feature will enable users to make a photo collage and post it in their status. This feature is inspired by the Instagram Stories feature called the "Layout," in which a lot of images are included in one frame.
Now, users can post a song in their status or use it as a music sticker. From March 2024, WhatsApp had the feature of attaching 15-second clips of a song with photo status and 60-second clips of a song with video status. In the new update, these can also be posted as stickers.
WhatsApp is now allowing users to convert any photo into a sticker and put it in the status. Also, the new "Add Yours" sticker gives the user the option to start a conversation on a topic. Friends can share their status updates in response to the same sticker. Meta has confirmed that all these features will roll out soon and will be available to all users in the next few months. All status updates will be end-to-end encrypted and will be visible only to saved contacts.
According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is testing a new Username feature in iOS beta version 25.17.10.70. This will allow users to start a chat without sharing their phone number.
