Recently, Apple launched the iPhone 16 series globally which offers many features that improve the iPhone experience. Now new reports have claimed that the tech giant has started working on the upcoming iPhone 17 series. In this, the company is preparing to change the design.
The company is expected to release the iPhone 17 series, particularly the iPhone 17 Air, as the thinnest iPhone ever. In it, Apple can give a lot of new things, starting from design.
The iPhone 17 Air, on the other hand, is very well expected to replace the variant Plus in the iPhone 16. According to reports, the iPhone 17 Air is expected to be the thinnest iPhone ever with a thickness of 5 to 6mm. For your information, the iPhone 16 Plus comes with 160.9 mm height, 77.8 mm width, and 7.80 mm depth.

The new iPhone 17 Air will feature a modem that seems to be as strong as the one that features on the iPhone 16 Pro. It is expected to have a titanium-aluminum frame just like the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. The models have a grade 5 titanium frame with a micro-blasted texture. It also has a central rear camera bump.
Whereas in terms of design and build quality, the tough back panel would be half glass and half aluminum for versions like the iPhone 17 Pro and the iPhone 17 Pro Max, among others. Apple has a plan to launch this series in the last months of 2025.
