India-America will discuss the impact of Israel-Hamas war, meeting will be held on global issues on 9th and 10th November in New Delhi
India and America will hold a 2+2 meeting on November 9 and 10 in New Delhi amid the current global tension. In view of the situation arising in West Asia due to the war between Israel and Hamas, the leaders of the two countries will discuss global and regional security issues. There is every possibility that the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war will also be discussed in the talks this time.

India and America will hold a 2+2 meeting on November 9 and 10 in New Delhi amid the current global tension. US Defense Secretary Lloyd J. Austin and Foreign Minister Antony Blinken met Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Foreign Minister S. Will talk to Jaishankar on global and regional issues.
In view of the situation arising in West Asia due to the war between Israel and Hamas, the leaders of the two countries will discuss global and regional security issues. Central government sources said on Sunday that the 2+2 ministerial meeting has been taking place every year since 2018. Mostly only the Foreign Minister and Defense Minister of both the countries participate in these meetings. Generally, the purpose of these meetings is to discuss common issues of concern. The talks to be held in November will be the fifth in this series.
India and America interact on strategic issues further. There is every possibility that the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war will also be discussed in the talks this time. Apart from this, both sides can also discuss the tension that has been going on between India and China for four consecutive years. US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is also likely to visit a major military base in India. During the American visit, the Americans had also invited the Indian Defense Minister to an important military base.
During the talks, the US side will press for military hardware cooperation and India will also ask the US to share high-level technologies with it for developing indigenous weapon systems. India-US has recently signed a $3 billion deal for 31 MQ-9B Predator drones for the Indian forces. Apart from this, America is also pressurizing to sell P-81 surveillance aircraft.
