Citroen C3 CNG has been launched. It has been launched in India with dealer-level CNG kit fitment. The CNG model of the car can be purchased at an increased price of Rs 93,000. This increases the ex-showroom price of the car to Rs 7.16 lakh. It is being offered with a CNG kit at every dealership through the retrofit program. Citroen C3 CNG has been priced between Rs 7.16 lakh to Rs 9.24 lakh, ex-showroom. It has been launched in four variants - Live, Feel, Feel (O), and Shine. Similar to C3, it is also being offered with a warranty of 3 years / 1 lakh kilometers.

As for this, the company asserts that the factory-tested CNG kit achieves a mileage of 28.1 km/kg. It makes it convenient to switch between petrol and CNG beats, meaning you never have to be concerned about high fuel usage for a long distance. This factory-calibrated calibration ensures a better vehicular experience using the alternate fuel for Rs 2.66 per km running cost. As for this, the company asserts that the one-cylinder CNG kit has the capacity of 55 liters of water, and one full tank can complete 170-200 km.

Citroen C3 CNG has been launched with only one engine option. The CNG model uses a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated engine, which generates 82 hp of power and 115 Nm of torque when running on petrol. Its engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. The company has not yet disclosed what power and torque it will get when running on a CNG powertrain. However, the company has claimed that its rear suspension has been upgraded and made better than before, so that the ride quality looks different from the standard petrol model.
