Canva's service is down, users are facing problems in logging in

Users were facing problem in using the service of the popular online design platform Canva today (12 November).  According to Downdetector, more than 390 users reported problems around 2:34 pm. Users are getting a "504 gateway timeout" error while logging in to Canva. Also, some users have reported this on X.

Downdetector was the first to report this outage. While 94 percent reported website issues, some people reported 504 gateway timeout errors. 504 gateway timeout usually occurs due to server overload.

This problem affected users around the world. Most Canva users shared posts on Twitter to express their disappointment. One user wrote, "Life feels very empty due to this downtime." While another posted, "Is anyone else facing 504 error on Canva?"

The company also responded to the outage of the service offered by Canva: "We've received information about this problem, the company said through Twitter. "We know that some people are facing problems using Canva. We will work on that. This problem will be fixed as soon as possible. Users can visit http://status.canva.com for updates. We really appreciate your patience.

Canva was down for some time, and because of this, the users faced difficulty. However, it is fixed now, and after the restoration of the service, users can use Canva like before. Canva is an Australian graphic design platform that has been employed in creating social media graphics and images. In this app, the users get ready-made templates. On Canva, there is an option to use it free of cost and also on subscription.
