Downdetector was the first to report this outage. While 94 percent reported website issues, some people reported 504 gateway timeout errors. 504 gateway timeout usually occurs due to server overload.
This problem affected users around the world. Most Canva users shared posts on Twitter to express their disappointment. One user wrote, "Life feels very empty due to this downtime." While another posted, "Is anyone else facing 504 error on Canva?"
The company also responded to the outage of the service offered by Canva: "We've received information about this problem, the company said through Twitter.
