This incident was reported on Samsung's Turkey forum, raising questions about the safety of the company's new earbuds. This incident has been compared to Samsung's previous Galaxy Note 7 battery crisis. A forum user claimed that while using the earbuds, his girlfriend's earbuds burst in her ear, causing her hearing to be lost.
After the complaint, Samsung has offered to provide new earbuds but has not said anything about safety. Samsung has not yet issued any official statement on this entire matter.
