Red Magic 10 Pro launched with 24GB RAM, powerful processor and an amazing camera setup
After launching in China, the Red Magic 10 Pro smartphone has now been launched in global markets as well. This phone has features like 100W fast charging support Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 50MP primary camera. Its starting price has been kept at around Rs 55000. There is a 16MP camera in the front of this phone for selfie.
Red Magic 10 Pro has been launched in global markets today, i.e. 4th December. Earlier, a month ago it was launched in China. The global variant of the Pro model has the same specifications as the Chinese variant. However, here 100W charging support has been kept instead of 120W fast charging support. This smartphone has Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Also, this phone has a dual-pump vapor chamber with liquid metal cooling.
The price of Red Magic 10 Pro starts at $649 (approximately Rs 55,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. This phone has also been made available in two more storage configurations. The 16GB + 512GB model of the phone is priced at $799 (approximately Rs 68,000) and the 24GB + 1TB variant is priced at $999 (approximately Rs 85,000).
It is now available for early access in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, North America, the Middle East, the UK, and the US from December 12. Meanwhile, the open sale of the phone will start on December 18. The handset has been launched in three colour options Dusk, Moonlight, and Shadow.
The dual-SIM (Nano + Nano) Red Magic 10 Pro boots Red Magic OS 10.0 based on Android 15. The display measures 6.8 inches and features a full-HD+ (1,216x2,688 pixels) BOE Q9+ with a 144Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 2,000 nits, 10-bit color depth, and 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage.
Featuring Qualcomm's flagship 8 Elite Snapdragon processor, the new smartphone is combined with a minimum of 24GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 Pro storage. The phone also includes a dedicated Red Core R3 graphics processor, which is claimed to enhance visuals with double frame insertion, 2K upscaling, and stabilization via AI.
The company has said that this latest phone is equipped with ICE-X Magic Cooling System with 12,000 square millimeters of dual-pump vapor chamber, graphene sheet, and liquid metal cooling to keep the temperature under control. A triple rear camera setup has been given in the rear of Red Magic 10 Pro for photography, in which its primary camera is 50MP. It also has a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera along with a 2MP macro camera. A 16MP camera adorns the front for selfies.
Connectivity options on the Red Magic 10 Pro include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, GPS, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB 3.2 Type-C port. The Red Magic 10 Pro packs a 7,050mAh dual-cell battery that supports 100W fast charging.
