Poco C85 5G Launching Today in India: 6.9-Inch Display, 6000mAh Battery Revealed
Chinese smartphone company Poco is launching the Poco C85 5G in India today. It features a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and a 6000mAh battery. The phone features a 6.9-inch display and up to 16GB of RAM. A 50MP camera is provided for photography. The company claims that the battery can last for more than two days.
Chinese smartphone brand Poco launches its new smartphone in India today, December 9th. The company shall launch this device as the Poco C85 5G. Prior to the launch, the company shared several specifications regarding the smartphone. The device will sport a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset.
The device will also sport a 6000mAh battery. POCO has also confirmed that the smartphone will sport a dual-tone finish. The device will launch in Mystic Purple, Spring Green, and Power Black colors. A microsite for the phone has already gone live on Flipkart, confirming the smartphone's specifications.
The Flipkart listing also reveals that the phone will feature a 6.9-inch display. It will also support a 120Hz refresh rate, HD+ resolution, and peak brightness of up to 810 nits. Notably, the smartphone will be only 7.99mm thick. The phone will have up to 16GB of RAM, with up to 8GB of virtual RAM.

The Flipkart listing also confirms that the device's display will be TUV certified for low blue light, flicker-free, and circadian protection. The device will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity processor.
Not only this, the phone will have a 6,000mAh battery. It will also support 33W wired charging and 10W reverse charging. The company claims that the battery is tuned for long-term use, providing more than two days of battery life.
According to the company, the phone can provide more than 29 hours of social media use, more than 16 hours of Instagram Reels scrolling, more than 106 hours of music playback, and approximately 23 hours of WhatsApp messaging. For photography lovers, the phone will have a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, while the front camera will have an 8MP camera.
