On February 13 and 14, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will pay an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He will also dedicate Abu Dhabi's first Hindu temple during this period. PM Modi will also meet with the UAE's vice president, prime minister, and minister of defence during his two-day visit. In addition, the prime minister will speak at the World Government Summit in Dubai in 2024.

On February 13 and 14, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on an official visit. He will also dedicate Abu Dhabi's first Hindu temple during this period. PM Modi will speak with UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan one-on-one during his visit.

The Ministry of External Affairs said on Saturday that PM Modi and the President of UAE will discuss ways to take forward the strategic partnership between the two countries. During this, both the leaders will also exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest. According to the information given by the ministry, this will be PM Modi's third visit in the last eight months, and his seventh visit to UAE since 2015.

During his two-day visit, PM Modi will also meet the Vice President, Prime Minister and Defense Minister of the UAE. During this time, PM Modi will participate as a guest in the World Government Summit 2024 to be held in Dubai and will also address the summit.

The Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement that since PM Madi's historic visit to the UAE in August 2015, bilateral relations between the two countries have been elevated to a comprehensive strategic partnership. The two countries have also signed a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement in February 2022 and a Local Currency Settlement (LCS) System in July 2023 to promote the use of the Indian Rupee and AED for cross-border transactions.
