Planting the Roots of a Future Forest: Sajikumar’s Initiative Blossoms on Independence Day in Karjat

Karjat (Maharashtra) [India], August 16: In the wake of a devastating fire that ravaged land near Karjat’s Vanjerwadi Village last summer, a beacon of hope emerges by “Planting the Roots of a Future Forest”. Sajikumar is a human with non-human nature and an ardent environmentalist breathing life into the charred landscape with an ambitious endeavour that symbolizes rejuvenation through planting trees.

The initiative addresses the solemn aftermath of deforestation by bravely and resolutely planting the seeds for a forthcoming forest. Sajikumar’s passion for planting trees mirrors the act of breathing, evident in the planting of 50 trees as the foundation for the revival of the once-thriving area. While not a thick forest originally, the area did host a variety of vegetation and plants.

It rallies collective action against global climate challenges. From halting deforestation for development to countering plastic pollution, it underscores citizen responsibility in nurturing and preserving the planet. The initiative spans diverse plantations, from fruit-bearing to shade trees, heralding a transformative era for the ecosystem’s rejuvenation through collaboration.

Sajikumar extends his words to everyone gathered on this occasion, conveying, “Through this initiative, we infuse life into our land. Just as breathing is innate, so is my tree-planting passion. This call to action addresses today’s challenges – from deforestation to plastic pollution. It’s more than trees; it’s nurturing our planet. My commitment opposes destruction, educates, and extends to local tribes. As we symbolically plant on August 15th, know this is just the start. Our pledge: growth, preservation, and ongoing programs. Join my vision on my website. Let’s sow man-made forests, enriching our planet’s legacy.”

In a heartening collaboration, “Life Shorts,” an organization nurturing nature connections through education and support, joins forces with Sajikumar. His sponsorship underscores his commitment to positive environmental change.

Those inspired by Sajikumar’s vision can participate through his website, fostering a shared commitment to nurturing man-made forests and giving back to nature.

Sajikumar has an instinct for exploring the wilderness of nature and deepening the enigma in the proxy universe created by human beings violating the equation of nature. His talent for exploration drives him into the writing world to expose the illusionary human establishments through words. He finds many fault lines in the modern world, bragging over all the imprudent innovations that unravel the human world. He persistently advocates an organic way of life for a sustainable, more peaceful and happier life on the planet in close communion with nature.

A regular blogger for the last three years, Sajikumar is the author of three books By Heart, Camouflaging Corona, and Economic Illusions. Now he is writing his fourth book to unravel the fundamental fault line in our colonial-bequeathed education system that rendered many generations only cerebral dormancy. The books, blogs and quotes he writes disentangle the highly entangled human character that rebounds to the human world itself. He wants the world to think aloud and return to the true conventional ways by abandoning the formalized unconventional ways.

Accidentally an entrepreneur in Mumbai, Sajikumar is also a farmer in a true sense, as he believes that nature has given every individual a space to live self-sustainably. Originally from Vaikom, Kottayam district of Kerala, Sajikumar is permanently settled in Mumbai. He regularly visits his farms, where he does only organic farming.
