The Oppo Reno 14 5G series will soon be launched globally, as the company recently confirmed. This lineup was unveiled in China in May. Now, a tipster has suggested the launch timeline for the Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5 G in India. The upcoming global and Indian variants are expected to mirror their Chinese counterparts closely. The Oppo Reno 13 5G and Reno 13 Pro 5G variants were introduced in India in January of this year with MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processors.
In an X post, tipster Yogesh Brar (@ heyitsyogesh) indicated that the Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G could be launched in India by the first week of July. This aligns with his earlier claim regarding the India launch of the Reno 14 series. The tipster has not specified an exact launch date this time, either.
It's important to note that the company has not yet announced the global launch date for the Oppo Reno 14 5G series. In India, the phones are expected to come in two color options, including a Pearl White variant.
The Indian variants of the Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G may be comparable to their Chinese counterparts. The standard model may feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, while the Pro variant might have the Dimensity 8450 chipset. Both phones are likely to support 80 W SuperVOOC fast charging. The battery capacity could be 6, 000 mAh for the base model and 6, 200 mAh for the Pro. For photography, the lineup may include a 50-megapixel main rear camera, a 50- megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and 50-megapixel front-facing cameras.
In China, the Oppo Reno 14 5G is priced at CNY 2, 799 (roughly Rs. 33, 200) for the 12GB + 256GB option, while the most expensive 16GB + 1TB variant is priced at CNY 3, 799 (approximately Rs. 45, 100). The Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5 G is priced at CNY 3, 499 (roughly Rs. 41, 41,500) for the 12GB + 256GB configuration, while the top- of- the- line 16GB + 1TB variant is priced at CNY 4, 499 (around Rs. 53, 400).
The Oppo Reno 13 5G series was launched in India in January. The Oppo Reno 13 5G was priced at Rs 37, 999 for the 8GB + 128GB option, while the Reno 13 Pro 5G was priced at Rs 49, 999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant.
