For Oman, Khalid Kail scored 34 runs off 29 balls with the help of one four and one six, while Zeeshan Maqsood scored 22 runs off 20 balls with the help of four fours. Apart from this, no other batsman could even reach the figure of 20. On the other hand, Ruben Trumpelman took four wickets and David Wiese took three wickets for Namibia.
Namibia, which came out to chase Oman's modest target of 110 runs, also had a very bad start. Namibia got the first blow in the form of opener Michael van Lingen with a score of zero. Michael was clean-bowled by Bilal Khan on zero. After this, Nicholas Devin handled the innings with Jan Frylink.
