Renault has introduced its new C-segment SUV, Renault Boreal globally. This SUV will be available in 71 markets outside Europe. It has a boot space of 586 litres and its design is quite attractive. The interior has dual 10-inch screens and Harman Kardon sound system. There are also 24 features, like Level 2 ADAS for safety. It has a 1.3-litre turbocharged engine.

Renault has introduced its C-segment SUV, Renault Boreal, globally. Boreal will be sold in 71 markets outside Europe, including Brazil, Latin America, Turkey, and other countries. The name Boreal is inspired by the Greek god of wind, Boreas.' It has been launched as a 5-seater SUV, which boasts a huge boot space of 586-litres.

Its dimensions are 4,556mm in length, 1,841mm in width, and 1,650mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,702mm. Its front fascia is the same as that of the Renault Niagara concept. It features scattered LED lights on the front bumper and hood, just like in the prototype. It also sports a new 2D diamond-shaped backlit Renault logo. It resembles a Duster when seen side by side. It features body cladding that is heavy and 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. It features a massive integrated spoiler and horizontal rear tail-lights.

Soft-touch material has been used in its interior. It has dual 10-inch screens for infotainment and entertainment, which have Renault's openR Link multimedia system with Google built-in in the touch screen and OTA updates. The Harman Kardon sound system is available for audio. Apart from all these things, powered front seats with a massage function, dual-zone AC, and a panoramic sunroof have been given for the driver.

It has 24 features with Level 2 ADAS, which includes Adaptive Autopilot, Active Lane Centering, and Autonomous Emergency Braking, as well as a 360-degree camera setup and front and rear parking sensors.

It has a 1.3-liter turbocharged engine, which can come in petrol or flex-fuel form. This engine has been developed in collaboration with Mercedes. Its engine generates 163 hp power and 270 Nm of torque with flex-fuel, while the petrol version generates 138 hp / 156 hp power and 240 Nm torque. Its engine is paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. It also has four driver four drive modes: Eco, Comfort, Sport, and MySense.
