Zelio Gracy+ electric scooter's new facelift launched, comes with multiple battery options

Zelio E Mobility has launched a new facelift version of its low-speed electric scooter Gracy+. The company states that this scooter has been specifically designed for city dwellers seeking a reliable and affordable transportation option at an affordable price. The starting ex-showroom price of the new Gracy+ has been kept below Rs 60,000, which can make it hold well in the budget segment.

The updated Gracy+ now comes with six different battery options, including both lithium-ion and gel batteries. Its best models are able to provide a mileage of 130 km on a single charge, which is highly appropriate for those who need to cover long distances on a daily basis. Its highest speed has been maintained at 25 kmph, which classifies it as low-speed. Driving license is not needed to operate such vehicles.

This Gracy+ makeover focuses more on usability and less on performance. It is powered by a 60V or 72V BLDC motor and draws around 1.8 units of electricity in a single full charge. The scooter's ground clearance has now also been raised to 180 mm to make the scooter better suited for driving on Indian roads. The total weight is 88 kg, and it is capable of carrying a load of up to 150 kg, making it useful for office goers, students, and delivery agents as well.
