Maruti Jimny Thunder Edition made easy to buy, price reduced, know what is special in it

Maruti is one of the largest car-selling companies in the Indian market. This year, the automaker launched its 5-door Jimny to compete with Thar. In May, the starting price of this car was Rs 12.74 lakh (ex-showroom). But now the company has reduced the price of the Maruti Jimny Thunder Edition. Maruti Jimny Thunder Edition price in the Indian market starts at Rs 10.74 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 14.05 lakh (ex-showroom). This car comes in a total of four variants and will be available for sale only from December 2023. If we compare it with its regular price then it is cheaper by Rs 2 lakh.

Its look is quite spectacular. Apart from this, it comes with silver garnish on the front bumper, side door cladding, and door visor. There are also garnishes on its ORVMs, hood, and front/side fenders. Its cabin is much better thanks to the interior styling kit. It also gets floor mats (separate for manual and automatic variants), and a tan-finished steering wheel.

Apart from this, the rest of the things and layout inside the cabin are the same as the regular Jimny. It has features like a 9-inch touchscreen, cruise control, auto climate control, an electronic stability program (ESP), a reverse parking camera, and six airbags.

No changes have been made to its engine. It also comes with a 1.5-litre K15B naturally aspirated petrol engine. Which generates torque of 104 bhp and 134 Nm. Its unit has been brought with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
