Jhulan Goswami, a former Indian women's fast bowler, will join the Trinbago Knight Riders in the Women's Caribbean Premier League. Trinbago Knight Riders have hired her as a mentor for the Women's Caribbean Premier League. According to a statement released by the Knight Riders, Goswami stated that being a part of this franchise brings him great pride. The Knight Riders have delivered outstanding performances in India and other parts of the world. I'm thrilled to be a part of them in this competition. Thank you to the Knight Riders for assigning me the duty of mentor.

Goswami retired from international cricket in 2022 after taking the most wickets for India in women's international cricket. She is currently the bowling coach of Mumbai Indians in the Women's Premier League. At the same time, Trinbago Knight Riders are captained by West Indies' Deandra Dottin. The team has also added Jemima Rodrigues, Shikha Pandey, Meg Lanning, and Jess Johnson to its squad this time.

Goswami said that my initial discussion to join TKR was with Venky Mysore (KKR CEO). Being the main person in the management, the way he takes care of everyone is commendable. I was very happy with the way Venky Sir and Shahrukh Khan welcomed and talked to me in Kolkata during the IPL.

The Women's Caribbean Premier League will be played from 21 to 29 August. Apart from defending champions TKR, Barbados Royals and Guyana Amazon Warriors will be part of this tournament. A total of seven matches will be played in this tournament and all of them will be played at the Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba.
