These efforts reflect our growing scientific self-reliance and are in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a self-reliant India. The Health Ministry stated that the theme of the meeting was to advance towards a developed India by ensuring pharmaceutical quality and safety.
J.P. Nadda urged the Andhra Pradesh government to adopt the PPP model. JP Nadda has called upon the Andhra Pradesh government to widely adopt the PPP model to accelerate the expansion of healthcare infrastructure across the state and improve service delivery.
In a letter to Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav, Nadda stated that public-private partnerships (PPPs) have proven to be a proven mechanism for attracting private investment in the health sector, leveraging expertise, and increasing efficiency and access.
JP Nadda held a high-level review meeting with the health ministers and senior officials of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The objective of the meeting was to assess the state of healthcare services and accelerate the implementation of key national health programs.
The meeting focused on strengthening public health systems, increasing patient satisfaction, improving regulatory oversight, and advancing the national goal of eliminating TB as a public health problem by 2027.
