This interview with Gautam Gambhir will be conducted via Zoom in front of the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC). Gambhir is the sole applicant who applied for this position. In such a case, his selection is virtually inevitable. Because Gautam Gambhir has already announced that he will be the head coach of Team India.
Actually, according to a report by Indian Express, Gautam Gambhir is also the mentor of IPL champion KKR. He is bringing a lot of experience with his playing and mentoring roles. In the interview, his candidature will be evaluated by former cricketers Ashok Malhotra, Jatin Paranjape, and Sulakshana Naik from the CAC team.
