Rajeev brings over 20 years of experience in leading and driving exponential growth at multiple organizations like Hitachi Rail STS, Bain, BCG and Hughes. In his new role at Alltius, a high growth startup, Rajeev will drive growth, build operational scale, and lead the company's strategic initiatives. His expertise will be instrumental in advancing Alltius’ mission to transform customer experiences with gen AI.

Before this, Rajeev was working on his own startup called myTiro. Previously, he worked as Managing Director and CEO of Hitachi Rail STS India where he turned around operations of the company to become cash flow positive from year 3 and achieved 100% order book growth.

Rajeev also held leadership roles at two consulting firms, BCG and Bain & Company, helping major clients with growth strategies, digital transformation, GTM, and market entry.
