Amidst the brewing tensions between the Indian government and Bangladesh, a strong message has come from AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi. Owaisi said, "The actual test for the Central Government will be to once again strengthen Bangladesh.” It seems that Owaisi has made it clear to the Indian government that a stable Bangladesh directly affects the security of the entire country, especially the northeast region.

Speaking to reporters in Hyderabad, Owaisi said that the political situation in Bangladesh and any deterioration in India-Bangladesh relations are not in India's interest. He expressed hope that there will be no further tensions in relations between the two countries and that trust will be restored through dialogue.

Owaisi stated that Bangladesh's stability is crucial for India's national security, especially in the Northeast region. Describing it as strategically important, he said that instability in the neighboring country could impact border security, internal stability, and regional balance. According to him, addressing this challenge is a major responsibility of the Modi government.

Owaisi also strongly objected to China's claim that it mediated between India and Pakistan during Operation Sindoor. Owaisi demanded that the central government officially refute this claim. He stated that China has been providing arms and intelligence support to Pakistan, and therefore, its claim of mediation cannot be acceptable to India.

Owaisi said, "The India government had clarified after Operation Sindoor that there was no third-party mediation for the resolution of this issue, and this dispute had been resolved by talks at the military level." "The government should bring the nation into confidence on this matter."

Owaisi also attacked the BJP over the Indore water pollution disaster. He said the government has failed to provide basic amenities and is only focused on political action. He claimed that providing essential services like clean water should be the government's primary responsibility.
