Swiggy has termed the feature very useful for those who like to keep their orders secret. With this feature, the user can place an order very easily. The information of this secret order will not be found even in Swiggy History. Actually, this feature allows the placing private orders.

This feature will hence be very helpful for those who intend to make purchases as a surprise, for their personal indulgence, or even discreetly.

Speaking about the feature, Rohit Kapoor said, "Many people like to keep their life personal. In such a situation, this feature of Swiggy allows the user to keep his order personal. No other user gets information about his order.".

This feature will be available in Swiggy Food and Swiggy Instamart. This feature will enable users to ease out the purchase of items related to wellness products among others. The company has said this feature is not available for all users, just yet. Only 10% percent of users can avail of it. After some time, it is going to be available to all customers.

The user needs to give permission for Swiggy's incognito mode. Further, a reminder of confirmation will pop up, which always comes on the screen in front of the user. An order placed through that feature will be traceable for three hours for the user who has ordered. Once three hours have passed, the history will be automatically hidden.
