On Women's Day, on Friday, legendary Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar showed his appreciation and respect for women who have made contributions outside of cricket. Sachin gave special recognition to Jainsitha Kalyan, the nation's first female curator, during this. Sachin stated in a social media post that more women will eventually enter this sector, just like Jainstha did. On social media, Sachin's post is receiving a lot of appreciation.

Sachin also recalled something that happened in 2008. Sachin reported that the Indian team defeated England in a test match following the devastating terrorist assault that occurred in Mumbai on December 26, 2011. The entire nation was moved by the moment. One of the first people with whom I was able to share this feeling was a female ground staff member. That moment was very special for me.

Sachin further wrote, that after many years, a special moment has come again and in 2024, Jainsitha Kalyan has become the first woman curator of the country. I hope that following her footsteps, more women will come into this field in the future.
