This is what came to the fore from National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah's statement amidst terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. He demanded an investigation into the Budgam terror attack and said that he suspects that it was done at the behest of those trying to destabilize the government in Jammu and Kashmir. He said if the terrorists get caught, we will know 'who is doing it'. They should not be killed; terrorists should be caught and asked who is behind them. We should investigate whether there is any agency which is trying to destabilize Omar Abdullah.
