Tipster Sanju Chaudhary has reported that an Oppo handset with model number CPH2791 has been listed on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) website. According to recent reports, this model number belongs to the upcoming Oppo Find X9, and it was listed on September 19th. The BIS listing didn't reveal the phone's specifications, but it confirms its India launch.
BIS is a regulatory body that certifies and standardizes products so OEMs can sell them in the country. Oppo has already confirmed that the Find X9 series will launch in China on October 16th. Pre-reservations have already begun. The phones in this series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, which will compete with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
