Tipster Sanju Chaudhary has reported that an Oppo handset with model number CPH2791 has been listed on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) website. According to recent reports, this model number belongs to the upcoming Oppo Find X9, and it was listed on September 19th. The BIS listing didn't reveal the phone's specifications, but it confirms its India launch.
BIS is a regulatory body that certifies and standardizes products so OEMs can sell them in the country. Oppo has already confirmed that the Find X9 series will launch in China on October 16th. Pre-reservations have already begun. The phones in this series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, which will compete with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.

According to the brand, the Oppo Find X9 will feature a 7,000mAh battery, while the Pro model will come with a 7,500mAh battery. The upcoming smartphones will feature a Hasselblad-tuned camera system. Specifically, the Find X9 Pro will feature a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with an f/2.1 aperture and a 70mm focal length. The company will also offer a Hasselblad professional photography kit.
Oppo has also announced the color options for the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro. The Find X9 will come in Velvet Titanium, Frost White, and Mist Black, while the Pro model will be available in Velvet Titanium and Frost White (translated from Chinese).
