The Union Budget 2024, for the Financial Year 2024-25, will most likely be presented in July. The presentation of this budget would add a new record to the name of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
This will be her seventh entire budget, and she will be the first Finance Minister of the country to do so. The record for presenting the budget the most number of times is held by Morarji Desai, who presented it 10 times, but in terms of the full-time budget, now this record will be in the name of Nirmala Sitharaman.
Nirmala Sitharaman was born in the Madurai district of Tamil Nadu. Her father is Narayan Sitharaman, and her mother is Savitri Devi. Nirmala Sitharaman's father worked for Indian Railways.
