After the defeat to England, Pakistan is currently at the bottom of the World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 cycle points table. The team is scheduled to play a two-Test series against Sri Lanka at home in November. New Zealand is also scheduled to tour Pakistan in 2027, although the dates have not yet been finalized.
