METL is constructing an integrated township called Reliance MET City that covers an area of 8,250 acres in Jhajjar, Haryana. In his new position, Manish Jaiswal will be heading the overall business and growth strategy of Reliance MET City. Some of his important tasks include the development of industries, residences and commercial establishments, along with the attraction of investments and businesses. In a statement released by the company on Monday, it was said that he will develop the development pipeline and extend the integrated ecosystem to various asset classes. Before joining METL, he was the CEO of Eldeco Group.
Manish Jaiswal has over 20 years of experience. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Eldeco Group. Shrivallabh Goyal, Whole-time Director of METL, commented on Jaiswal's appointment. He said that Jaiswal's experience spans development, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation. He also has a deep understanding of branded real estate. This experience makes him ideally suited to lead Reliance MET City's next expansion phase.
