'So many people will be in jail before the elections...', Supreme Court said a big thing while granting bail to YouTuber
Supreme Court on YouTuber case: YouTuber A., accused of making derogatory remarks against Stalin. Duraimurugan got relief today. A bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan rejected the High Court order cancelling the bail of YouTuber Sattai, saying it cannot be said that he has misused his liberty.

Today the Supreme Court upheld the bail of a YouTuber who was charged with disparaging MK Stalin, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu. The Madras High Court order was challenged and ultimately overturned by the Supreme Court.
Judge Abhay S. Oka and Justice Ujjal Bhuiyan's bench heard the case of YouTuber A. Quashing the High Court's order cancelling Duraimurugan Sattai's bail, he stated that it is impossible to say that he has abused his freedom.
Notably, Justice Oka J told senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi (appearing for the state government) during the hearing that if before the elections, we start putting all the people who accuse YouTube in jail, then you can imagine. How many people will be jailed?
