NRI Rajeshwar Nath Kaul's 19-year-old car, which he had brought from abroad, came under the scrutiny of the Municipal Corporation (MCD) after it exceeded the prescribed age limit. The corporation declared it a scrap and confiscated it. Kaul then approached the court and argued about his deep attachment to the car.
