India will serve as the chairperson of the preparations to strengthen cooperation among BRICS women entrepreneurs

The manner in which India took extra pains to establish greater harmony among G-20 women entrepreneurs during its presidency of 2023, the same will be done this time under the presidency of the BRICS organization.

For this purpose, certain new programs will be announced to enhance collaboration among women entrepreneurs of BRICS member nations in technology and entrepreneurship in association with the 'BRICS CCI V' organization. Since the number of BRICS member countries is on the rise in number, the government also feels it is right to urge Indian women entrepreneurs to form cooperation in these nations.

Earlier BRICS had India, Brazil, China, Russia and South Africa but now Iran, UAE, Indonesia, Ethiopia and Egypt are its new members. At least two dozen more countries want to become its members. All these countries are rapidly progressing economically.

Ruby Sinha, President of BRICS CCI V, says, 'In the recently concluded Rio de Janeiro meeting of BRICS, a new program named BRICS CCI V WISE has been started for better coordination among women entrepreneurs. Its specialty will be that it will be easy for women entrepreneurs of member countries to share their experiences and work on business strategy. This organization can play an important role in taking women entrepreneurship forward as well as accelerating India's economic growth rate.'

It should be noted that recently, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the presidency of BRICS has been handed over to India. PM Narendra Modi has said that India will try to take the activities of BRICS to new heights.
