The Awards were presented by Chief Guest Dr Satheesh Reddy, Fmr SA to RM, Dr BK Das, CMD BEL, Lt General Vineet Gaur AVSN, DG, Capability Development, Ministry of Defence and Dr Chandrika Kaushik, DG & OS, DRDO.
